The Zone Employee Portal Clock app (previously MyPay Time Clock) is not supported on Android devices and cannot be found in the Google Play Store.
This article explains how to correctly identify the app, where it is available, and what alternatives can be used for Android users.
📲 Supported Devices
The mobile clock app is currently only available on:
- ✅ Apple iPad with iOS
- ❌ Not available for Android phones or Android tablets
🔍 How to Search for the App (iOS only)
If a customer is trying to locate the app, advise them to:
- Open the Apple App Store (not Google Play Store)

🤖 If Customer is Using Android
If the customer is using an Android device:
- Inform them the app is not supported on Android
- Advise there is currently no Android version available
🌐 Alternative Time Tracking Option (Android Users)
Android users can still access time tracking via the web version of the Employee Portal:

Users can:
- Log in via any mobile browser (Chrome, Edge, etc.)
- Perform time tracking functions through the web interface
